Fugitive Turns Himself In, As Promised

Sixteen days after he went missing following a domestic incident, Waukesha County authorities have arrested 43-year-old Jonathan Pogreba.  He showed up at the county courthouse Thursday, saying nothing while he was placed in handcuffs and escorted to a holding cell.  Pogreba is accused of assaulting his wife and pointing a gun at her June 5th in Eagle.  He then ran away and stole a neighbor’s B-M-W.  Authorities think he broke into a cabin in western Wisconsin.  His attorney had informed authorities Pogreba planned to turn himself in.
