There was an accident early this morning at the corner of Dewy and 42nd Streets in the City of Manitowoc. The traffic signal on 42nd St. was knocked down, and was laying across the street . The Manitowoc Police Officer on the scene was unable to release any information, but a representative from the Department of Public Works was able to tell us what work needed to be done on the traffic signal.
