Wausau Police Use Facebook To Find Parent Of Wandering Child

Wausau police turn to social media to solve a case.  Officers say a parent laid down for a nap Sunday afternoon and their daughter woke up and sneaked out of the house.  Witnesses who saw the girl wandering down the street say she was about two-or-three years old.  Officers didn’t know who her mother was, so they used Facebook as part of their search effort.  The child wasn’t hurt and no charges have been filed, so far.
