Ozaukee County deputies were involved in a bizarre, low-speed chase of a vehicle driven by a woman who skipped a court appearance. Dispatchers say 31-year-old Tonya Martin called 9-1-1 five times while she was refusing to stop for those deputies. Even though the dispatcher begged her to pull over, Martin kept going, driving from Saukville to Port Washington. The dispatcher noted she was acting erratically. When she finally left her vehicle after stopping in a driveway, Martin was taken into custody. She may be moved to a hospital so she can have a mental evaluation.
