The Calumet County Sheriff’s Department has revealed the identity of the man who died in a motorcycle crash on County Highway JJ over the weekend. 50 year old Dale Lamberg of Whitelaw was traveling on JJ just west of Long Lake Road at around 2:45 PM, when he lost control. He left the road while negotiating a curve, causing himself and his 36 year old female passenger to be thrown from the bike. The unnamed passenger was transported to a hospital in Two Rivers, and released, while Lamberg died at the scene. The name of the passenger has not been released at this time.
