The Green Bay Police Department is saying that four juvenile males are responsible for the savage attack of a cab driver late last week. According to the GBPD, the four males took a cab ride, and after being dropped off, began to plan an attack on the driver. After calling the driver for a second ride, the boys began to punch, kick, shove the female driver, and attempted to strangle her. She was eventually pushed out of the cab, but not until after one of the suspects struck her in the face and head with an unknown object. The boys then stole her wallet and the money inside. All four males were caught, along with a fifth, who led police on a short chase. Police are requesting charges of Robbery (Conspiracy), Aggravated Battery, Strangulation, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent for the group of four, and Knowingly Fleeing an Officer, and Operating a Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent for the driver.
