A federal civil rights lawsuit will be filed today (Tuesday) concerning the January arrest of Milwaukee Bucks player Sterling Brown. A press conference will be held at 11:00 A-M at Milwaukee City Hall. Brown was tased and arrested during a confrontation outside a drug store. He had parked his vehicle across two handicapped parking spaces and was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest. Filing of the federal suit was delayed after the death of Milwaukee Police Officer Charles Irvine Junior. An audit of Brown’s arrest will be conducted after it was requested by the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission.
