Madison Police Look For 4 Suspects In Weekend Beating

A beating victim who required 10 stitches to treat his injuries tells police he was attacked by four people he didn’t know Saturday night.  No names have been released.  The 38-year-old man says he was at Player’s Bar when the suspects started hitting him.  Police are looking for four people in connection with the incident.  A 40-year-old friend of the victim has been arrested on charges of drug possession and carrying a concealed knife.  Witnesses say he went to his car to get a gun to defend his friend, but officers didn’t find a gun.
