Burger Boat Company hosted a Christening ceremony for its newest project, the Burger 48 Cruiser. President Jim Ruffolo says this yacht is a return to Burger’s roots.
The blue-colored Burger 48 Cruiser is powered by twin 600 engines with a hull designed to provide a cruising speed of 30 knots with a top speed of about 35 knots. Mayor Justin Nickles says there are two qualities of this yacht that “stand out”.
The owner states that this came to be on a chance meeting with Burger’s Ron Cleveringa, His wife Lisa and their dog Penny in Lake Michigan.
The Mayor also presented her a key to the city. A second 48 cruiser is currently being built
