The Holiday House in Manitowoc is no longer.
Audio PlayerThat’s Deanna Genske—Executive Director of Ascend Services Inc. The former Holiday House began in 1957 as a collaborative effort led by B.J. Halvorsen to make and sell Christmas wreaths in an atmosphere that felt like a clubhouse. Over time Genske says the wreath program was replaced by other programs that last year-round.
