The Manitowoc City Council’s Public Infrastructure Committee voted unanimously last night to support revitalization efforts to the Trails at Henry Schuette Park. Committee chair & 5th district alderman Lee Kummer, said the project agreement includes on-site work by the Wisconsin corps.
