A bases-loaded single by Logan Morrison knocked in a pair of runs, broke a 1-1 tie and gave the Minnesota Twins a 3-1 victory over Milwaukee Sunday afternoon. The Twins managed to salvage the final game of the three-game set and break a losing streak which had reached three-in-a-row. The only Milwaukee run came on Jesus Aguilar’s sixth-inning homer off Jake Odorizzi. Aguilar had four homers in the weekend series. Taylor Williams took the loss. Chase Anderson is expected to come off the disabled list to start today’s (Monday’s) home series opener against Arizona. Despite the loss, the Brewers still hold a game-and-a-half lead in the N-L Central over the Cubs, Cardinals, and Pirates.
