Man Tells Madison Teen He Will “Shoot Them All”

Madison police arrested a 49-year-old homeless man after he made threats at Warner Park.  The man’s name hasn’t been released.  A teenager playing soccer says the man told him he had lost his housing and he was going to “shoot them all.”  The man then lifted his shirt to show the handle of a weapon.  When police stopped and searched him, that weapon turned out to be a knife.  Nobody was injured and the man has been charged with disorderly conduct.
