A Lake Geneva teenager is still getting better after his medical crisis while traveling in Morocco, but doctors say he is expected to make a full recovery. Nathan Dyer has returned home and has an appointment with his doctor today. Dyer contracted E. coli in Morocco and fell into a coma. He was flown to Paris for emergency treatment, spending several more days in the coma before finally starting to come out of it. After 20 days, he was finally cleared to return to the U-S. His family says he’s still suffering the neurological and physical effects of being in the coma for such a long time.
