A Milwaukee County judge has given a convicted killer two life sentences for shooting his landlord and roommate to death. Robert Tatum is going to prison with no possibility of parole. Judge Mark Sanders called the 2010 shooting “a brutal, cold-blooded killing” while handing down the sentence in the deaths of Kyle Ippoliti and Ruhim Abdella. This is the second time Tatum has been convicted for the double homicide. The Supreme Court tossed out the first conviction because he hadn’t been allowed to serve as his own counsel.
