The ringleader of a Northeast Wisconsin methamphetamine operation will be spending a minimum of 30 years behind bars. Bill Yang had his day in Brown County Court, facing 51 charges related to the operation, and was found guilty of 22 of them. Jude John Zakaowski was presiding over the case, and told Yang, “…you have affected more people adversely in this county than anybody else I’ve dealt with in 30 years in the court system…” Yang was arrested alongside 38 others in March of 2016, after it was discovered that the group was responsible for bringing up to six pounds of meth, and 20 pounds of Marijuana to the area every week from Mexico.
