Capital City Tree Experts, a residential and commercial tree service in
Monona, Wisconsin, recently earned their 3-year Residential/Commerical
Accreditation in accordance with Tree Care Company Accreditation standards
put forth by the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), America’s oldest and
most respected tree care trade association
Capital City Tree Experts was the 14th company in Wisconsin to receive the
Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) accreditation; a program built on a
threefold foundation of ethics, quality and consumer confidence.
The program is a rigorous audit and examination of Capital City Tree
Experts’s policies and procedures and acts as a “seal of approval” for
customers. “Accreditation is a process that helps the owner really get a
handle on their business, get it organized, understand strategically how it
works and where they want to take that company in the future,” says Bob
Rouse, TCIA’s chief program officer. “It shows customers that this is a
model tree care company, the best in the area, and raises the bar for other
tree care companies in the area.”
TCIA Accreditation is the only program of its kind in the tree care
industry. The process evaluates businesses to ensure that professional
practices and standards are met in every department and at every level of
the company. The 3-year Accreditation achievement demonstrates that Capital
City Tree Experts has undergone an extensive review of practices as well as
a site visit, and adheres to all accreditation standards.
