Five charges have been filed against a Wisconsin woman accused of dragging two police officers with her car. Caitlyn Heinz made a Winnebago County court appearance Tuesday and had her cash bond set at one-million dollars. Heinz was pulled over for a traffic violation last week. Oshkosh police say she gave a fake name, then tried to drive away while two officers were partially in her car. One of them was hit after pulling himself free. Both officers have returned to duty after being treated for their injuries. A preliminary hearing for Heinz is set for next week.
