Oneida County prosecutors accuse a 38-year-old rape suspect of pointing a gun at the victim and threatening to blow her head off if she ever told. Richard Loppnow made a court appearance earlier this week. He’s charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault in the incident which happened last October. The 19-year-old victim told investigators Loppnow took her to his repair shop and said she had the choice of being humiliated or shot in the head. He then demanded she perform oral sex. She says he later raped her at his mobile home.
