Stabbing in Sheboygan Under Investigation

The Sheboygan Police Department is investigating a stabbing incident that took place early yesterday morning. The SPD were called to Memorial Hospital at around 7:40 AM yesterday when the facility requested assistance with a stabbing. The 36 year old female victim received a non-life threatening laceration to her abdomen during a disturbance in a private residence in the 1000 block of Clara Avenue, in Sheboygan. A 29 year old female suspect is in custody for the incident and was placed in the Sheboygan County Detention Center while a 56 year old female family member was also taken into custody for obstructing the investigation and released from custody. The investigation is on-going and there is no danger to the community in connection with this incident.
