Assembly Speaker Robin Vos says every Wisconsin parent should feel confident their child is safe at school. The Rochester Republican says he’s open to the idea of re-convening for a special session on school safety. Governor Scott Walker hasn’t committed to calling lawmakers back to the Capitol yet, but he says there is some strong interest in a school safety bill. Walker says he is working on developing such a measure and he has promised the idea of calling that special session will come up again, before next week.
