Nine local and area gymnasts were named to the All Eastern Valley Gymnastics Conference Team. Honored athletes include: Brynn Tackett and Meghan Borchardt of Manitowoc Lincoln along with Katie Thomsen & Jayme Jirikowic of the Valders/Roncalli co-op..on the ‘first’ team unit. Caroline Ramminger of Manitowoc was named 2nd team all conference…while Gina Pekarske & Christi Wallander of Valders/Roncalli and Courtney Youngchild and Jordyn Schmidt of the Ships were voted ‘Honorable Mention.’ Tackett and Thomsen are getting ready for the ‘State’ Gymnastics meet in Wisconsin Rapids this Saturday.
