There have been rumors floating around regarding a potential puppy mill being built in Manitowoc County. County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer addressed these rumors late last week.
That meeting will take place on March 19. We will receive more information from Manitowoc County Executive Ziegelbauer at that time.
