The Manitowoc County Historical Society and local restaurants have teamed up in March to raise money and awareness for our mission to bring the stories of our past to life at MCHS’ Pinecrest Historical Village.
The Dine Month Kick-off will take place on Wednesday, February 21 at Port Sandy Bay (6421 Country Road, Two Rivers) from 4 pm to 8 pm.
On each Wednesday in March, one restaurant will pair with MCHS to donate a portion of that day’s proceeds.
Participating restaurants include:
March 7: Cousins Subs (4530 Calumet Avenue, Manitowoc) from 4 pm to 7 pm
March 14: Charcoal Grill (4101 Harbor Town Lane, Manitowoc) from 4 pm to 9 pm. Simply mention “Manitowoc County Historical Society” to your server.
March 21: Panda Express (4510 Calumet Avenue, Manitowoc) from 10 am to 11 pm. Please present the Panda Express voucher, available through the MCHS website.
March 28: A & W (4141 Harbor Town Lane, Manitowoc) from 4 pm to 8 pm.
Buffalo Wild Wings (4140 Harbor Town Lane, Manitowoc) will support the mission to preserve and share local history all March long. Mention “Manitowoc County Historical Society” to your server or when you order take-out.
Vouchers for Panda Express can be found on the Manitowoc County Historical Society’s website at https://www.manitowoccountyhistory.org/dineout or at the Manitowoc County Historical Society museum campus at 924 Pinecrest Road, Manitowoc.
“We are so appreciative of our local restaurants and their efforts to help us raise funds to support our mission to preserve and share our local history,” said Amy Meyer, Manitowoc County Historical Society Executive Director.
Funds raised throughout the March Dine Month Promotion will assist the Manitowoc County Historical Society with its operations and educational programs. The Manitowoc County Historical Society is a private non-profit organization, completely funded by membership dues, tours, fundraising events, and donations.
