Wisconsin regulators have shut down a Milwaukee gas station which sold fuel mixed with water. Several drivers complained their vehicles wouldn’t run after gassing up at the station Tuesday. Testing found water in the underground fuel tanks. Milwaukee officials say the aging pumps at the station are outdated and it appears faulty seals on the tanks’ filler caps allowed water from Monday’s heavy rainfall to pour in. The station won’t be allowed to resume gasoline sales until the problem is fixed and the state has completed testing.
