Man Charged With Threats Against Ex-Girlfriend

Marshfield Police have arrested a 42-year-old man for threatening his former girlfriend and leaving a suspicious device in her yard.  Investigators say something similar to a pipe bomb was discovered filled with fireworks January 11th.  Jacob Boushack is also accused of threatening to use a stun gun on the 44-year-old Marshfield woman.  Boushack was apparently jealous over a recent breakup.  Officers say a 34-year-old man was present at her home when the potential explosive device was found.  Streets were closed and some nearby residences were evacuated until it was determined it was harmless.
