There was heavy snow in the north and flooding in the south. The state of Wisconsin is struggling with a mid-winter storm which has confronted drivers with freezing drizzle, too. The worst flood conditions may have been in the southeastern part of the state, but south-central Rock County has dozens of roads closed by high water. The Tuesday morning commute was icy and foggy in the Green Bay area, but conditions improved as the temperature moves above freezing. Dozens of schools, businesses and organizations delayed or canceled their activities – more did the same today (Wednesday). Re-freezing occurred in most of the state overnight, bringing more problems this morning.
