An attorney for a former University of Wisconsin-Madison student charged with sex crimes say sentencing will likely happen in about 90 days. Twenty-one-year-old Alec Cook will enter guilty pleas to five felony charges tomorrow (Wednesday) in Dane County Court. He was going to face nearly two dozen charges when his trial was scheduled to start next week. Several women told investigators Cook assaulted them in separate incidents over a two-year period. The 23 counts he was facing included sexual assault, stalking and strangulation.
