A 23-year-old Appleton man was arrested last weekend for allegedly making a terrorist threat. The Green Bay office of the F-B-I says David Etheridge sent an electronic message to the federal agency threatening to “shoot up the school.” Etheridge didn’t specify which school he was talking about. Appleton Police say he admitted making the threat when they questioned him. They plan to execute a search warrant at his home today (Monday). Police say they have had repeated contacts with the suspect in the past — for cases involving property damage, disorderly conduct, and domestic violence.
