Prosecutors say a Milwaukee mother was working as an adult entertainer in Fond du Lac when her one-year-old daughter died in a house fire. Thirty-one-year-old Quintella Owens has been charged with child neglect resulting in death. If convicted, she could be sentenced to 26 years in prison on that felony and two additional misdemeanor charges. Two other children, ages 10 and four, managed to get out of the burning residence safely. Investigators believe they started the fire by lighting incense, then tossing it in the trash can. Owens originally told police her sister was supposed to be present, but never showed up. That proved to be untrue.
