Manitowoc Man Nabbed for 4th OWI

A Manitowoc man has been nabbed by police for his 4^th OWI offense. A suspicious vehicle was reported to police at around 11:40 last night,  when police arrived the officer noticed the car was parked improperly on the 900 block of South  37^th Street.  The officer approached the vehicle, where he noticed a man, later identified as 41 year old Luis Jimenez, passed out at the wheel, with two young children also sleeping in the vehicle. When knocking on the window didn’t wake him up, the officer opened the door. A Field Sobriety Test determined Jimenez was intoxicated, he was then arrested. A blood draw showed Jimenez had a Blood Alcohol Content of .30 more than 3 times the legal limit. This was Jimenez’s 4^th OWI, with an addition of having a passenger under the age of 16.
