Brodhead police say they used a thermal imaging camera to nab a man they believe may be connected to a rash of thefts across Dane County, and are looking for another suspect. Police arrested 23-year-old Thomas S. Kusch, of Madison, Thursday morning after investigators say they used a thermal imaging camera to discover him and a second suspect, 23-year-old Ruslan M. Fedorov, lurking in the backyard of homes in Brodhead. Police say officers are on the lookout for Fedorov who they believe may be driving a stolen gray 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix 4 door sedan.
