A third arrest has been made in connection to an armed robbery that took place in Manitowoc back in January. Two juvenile victims were robbed at gunpoint when they were lured to a home under the pretense of buying a large amount of marijuana. Devonte Keith and Rasha Gibson had been arrested the day after the incident, and Willie Hambright admitted to police on Wednesday that he was also involved. He said his role was to keep the second juvenile outside while the first was robbed. Hambright was convicted previously in Milwaukee County for Robbery with use of Force.
