Plea Hearing for Sheboygan Man Accused of Sexual Assault on a Minor

A Sheboygan man is scheduled for a plea hearing today, after he was charged with sexually assaulting a 9 year old girl last year. The girl told her mother that 41 year old Miguel Garcia-Martinez   had touched her inappropriately twice over the past year, and the mother told the police. Garcia-Martinez was immediately arrested and charged with two felony counts of Sexual Assault of a Child. The jury trial is scheduled for later this month.
