Schroeder’s Department Store has been a fixture of Two Rivers for over 125 years. For the past 50 plus years, the fifth generation store has had a clock near the bottom of their sign, and that clock has ticked away its final second. The co-owners, AJ Schroeder-Ashenbrenner and Theresa Kronforst, are now attempting to raise $15,000 to replace the iconic sign. Those wishing to donate can do so at youcaring.com. On the website they say that the cost of a new clock is going to cost around $25,000.
