The finance committee for the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents will vote Thursday on raising tuition at three schools. Non-resident and graduate students would be affected at U-W-Eau Claire, U-W-Milwaukee and U-W-Stout. Tuition hikes would range from 296 to 539 dollars each semester. The final decision on raising tuition rates would be made by the full board at its Friday meeting.
