A Chippewa Falls mother has been sentenced to more than three years in jail for passing out drunk in her S-U-V, with two children in the vehicle. Lisa Badciong was originally arrested for ninth offense operating while intoxicated. She was found unconscious behind the wheel of her S-U-V in a Burger King drive-thru. Her nine-month-old daughter and two-year-old granddaughter were in the back seat. Badciong pleaded no contest Monday. In return, prosecutors reduced the charges to two counts of endangering safety, negligent driving and child neglect.
