Four People Dead after Three Separate Accidents in Fond Du Lac County

Four people died on Saturday in Fond Du Lac County as a result of three separate accidents. The first victim was 77 year old Patsy Knight of Markesan, who died when the vehicle she was riding in crossed the center line on State Highway 44 at around 10:00 AM and struck a pickup truck with a plow attached. The second accident occurred on State Highway 49, and took the lives of two people. 56 year old Daniel Emmer and 27 year old Brian Emmer Jr. died after their vehicle lost control in the snow at around 3:30 PM, crashing into another vehicle. The final accident occurred at around 6:00 PM on Highway 23. 24 year old Rickey Allen died at the hospital after his vehicle crossed the centerline, striking another vehicle head on. Everyone else involved in the three accidents were either treated at the scene, or transported to a hospital, and released.
