The Rotary Clubs of Manitowoc County have started a new fundraiser, called Car on Ice. The fundraiser revolves around a car that has been placed on the ice in the Manitowoc Marina. Those who wish to participate can predict when the car will plummet into the frigid lake. If your guess is closest to the date and time the vehicle submerges, you will win a progressive jackpot worth a minimum of $1000.
