Candidates Forum

In preparation for the Spring Primary election later this month, five Candidates for Manitowoc County Circuit Court Judge Appeared before a full Manitowoc City Council last night in a candidate forum. The League of Women Voters of Manitowoc County read audience questions to John Bilka, Jerilyn Dietz, Patricia Koppa, Eric Pangburn, and Ralph Sczgelski, who are all vying for the judicial seat. Topics of discussion included the new Manitowoc County Drug Court, views on sentencing procedures, payments of fines, and various other judicial responsibilities. The Spring Primary is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 20^th throughout the state.
