Manitowoc Downtown Master Plan Survey

The City of Manitowoc has been working on a Downtown Master Plan to help improve that area of the city. A community workshop was recently held at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum, which was deemed a success. A big part of the presentation focused on potential catalytic sites where developer driver projects could occur. Those locations are Burger Baot Park/Farmer’s Market Site, the Baymont Inn Parking Lot, South 10th Street and Maritime Drive, the Jay Street Corridor, and the Mirro Site. The City is looking for more public input.
