The 26-year-old man accused of killing his fiance and a man he didn’t know has entered a not guilty plea to two counts of first-degree intentional homicide. A preliminary hearing for Tyler Zimmerman was held in Marathon County Circuit Court Wednesday. Prosecutors say the man from Owen tracked Cierra Hardrath to a home in Abbotsford January 20th and shot her to death. He told police he thought she was cheating on him. He says he panicked after shooting her and killed 25-year-old Duane Lopez Junior, then wounded Lopez’s girlfriend. Zimmerman didn’t know Lopez or Megan Dupree.
