A 46-year-old driver has been arrested in Waukesha County on operating while intoxicated charges after a chase. Authorities say Andre Mack refused to pull over after he was observed speeding in Waukesha early Saturday. Dash cam video apparently shows the driver swerving on the road and crossing the lane divider at times. When spike strips were deployed and finally stopped his fleeing car, Mack was arrested without resistance. After he was placed in the back of a squad car, police say he asked — “Can I smoke a cigarette, dude?”
