Two Rivers Sex Offender to be Released

A convicted sex offender is scheduled to be released from jail on February 13^th. According to a police bulletin, 45 year old Scott Lippert will be residing on the 1800 block of 11^th Street in Two Rivers, and will remain on supervision until 2020. Police wish to make it clear that Lippert is not wanted by the police at this time. He has served the time sentenced for the crime he committed, and is being reintegrated into society.
