Sheboygan Man Charged With Sexual Assault in Court

A Sheboygan man was in court yesterday. Clemente Rojas facing a charge of 2^nd Degree Sexual Assault for an incident back in 2016 According to a Police report, authorities were called to a gas station, where they met a woman who was acting hysterical, and only partially dressed. She was yelling at the officers that she had been raped. She also told police that Rojas and her brother Julio offered to give her a ride, but proceeded to drug and rape her. Rojas could spend up to 40 years in prison if he is found to have committed the crime.
