Two Public Meetings to be Held in Manitowoc

There will be a pair of public meetings held in the Manitowoc Council Chambers this evening. The City Finance Committee will meet at 5:30 PM, with a discussion on the development agreement between the city and Doneff’s Schuette Building LLC for Tax Incremental Financing Assistance on the agenda. That will be followed by a Common Council meeting at 6:30 PM. There are several items on the docket, including a presentation by Mayor Justin Nickels on the Blight Program.
