According to the Sheboygan Police Department, two people that were wanted in connection with a shooting incident late last week have turned themselves in. 18-year-old Julian Ramirez and 24-year-old Manuel Amador turned themselves in on Sunday and remain in custody. According to the incident report, Authorities were called to a car crash with possible gun shots at around 4:30 Friday evening on South 20th Street. An altercation broke out between two groups in separate cars, and the driver of one of the vehicles shot at the engine of the other. No one was injured in the incident.
