Minnesota Man Caught In Underage Child Sex Sting

Eau Claire police say a man from Minnesota admitted he drove to that western Wisconsin city to have sex with a young girl.  Spencer Kuehl was arrested in a police sex sting and he has a hearing scheduled for March.  Kuehl was caught when an undercover officer posed as a father offering his eight- and 11-year-old daughters for sex.  Kuehl responded, sending a picture of himself, which was used to identify him from a previous prostitution case.  When he arrived, Kuehl offered 200 dollars to the undercover office to have sex with his non-existent 11-year-old daughter.
