An Outagamie County judge has bound a 57-year-old Neenah man over for trial to face charges he was drunk when he caused a fatal accident last month. Police say Joseph Konetzke failed to stop at a stop sign and slammed into a second car, killing the man and woman inside. Eighty-two-year-old David Rosol and 83-year-old Hazel De Witt were from La Grange, Illinois. Officers say Konetzke’s blood alcohol content registered at three times the legal limit on a preliminary breath test. He is scheduled for arraignment next month.
