A transition in ownership is underway at Manitowoc’s downtown Courthouse Pub. John Jagemann started the popular dining spot 16 years ago, but says at the age of 72 it’s time to retire. The new co-owners, Ryan Morris and Brock Weier both worked for Jagemann at the Courthouse Pub and are familiar with the restaurant. Morris, who also owns Ryan’s on York, and his business partner are expected to update and refresh the menu. An agreement to purchase the Courthouse Pub and retain it’s name will be finalized this spring. Jagemann says he plans to continue to reside in his hometown of Manitowoc.
